In the context of the first IDPfun2 International Conference, which will take place in Buenos Aires, Argentina, from April 14 to 16, 2025, the IDPfun2 consortium presents “From Genes to Proteins: Exploring Tools and Databases”, three intensive training days organized by EMBL-EBI, UNIPD, leading institutions involved in the IDPfun2 project and held at the University of Quilmes, Quilmes (Argentina). Participants will have the unique opportunity to attend sessions on Ensembl, UniProt resources, and explore Molecular Networks, including Protein Interactions, Molecular Complexes, and Biomolecular Pathways. Additionally, they will delve into resources and databases related to Intrinsically Disordered Proteins.
Participating to the 1st IDPfun2 Training Events
The training sessions are open to PhD students, postdoctoral researchers, and junior scientists. Registration for the event is free; however, the number of attendees will be limited to a maximum of 25.
Selected participants are requested to bring their laptop at the training sessions.
