It will also provide best practices to design IDP annotation web resources from the technological point of view. These include the definition of all web server-side interfaces (routes\/URLs and formats) and essential components of the web user interfaces.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Task 4.3 &#8211; Merging IDR sources in MobiDB<\/strong>: integrate the Mobi 2.0 package (Task 1.7) and the newly developed MobiDB-lite-2.0 software into the MobiDB automatic annotation pipeline, guaranteeing error tolerance and quality checks.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Task 4.4 -DB API deployment<\/strong>: provide a portable and tested version of the MobiDB-lite-2.0 software which will finally include the algorithm to assign functional types implemented in WP2.
