The 3rd IDPfun2 Conference will be held in conjunction with the XV Congress of the Argentine Association for Bioinformatics and Computational Biology (A2B2C), and is locally organized by Lucia Chemes, from Universidad Nacional de San Martín.

Scientific Program

The event will feature scientific presentations covering a broad range of topics, including:

• Proteomics, protein structure, and function
• Evolutionary, comparative, and population genomics
• Genomics, transcriptomics, metagenomics, and epigenomics
• Artificial Intelligence (AI) and systems biology

In addition, workshops will be held on 10 November 2026 at Cero + Infinito.

Abstract Submission

Participants are invited to submit an abstract through the A2B2C submission form

For IDPfun2 active members* only:

• To be eligible for an IDPfun2 registration fee waiver, abstracts must be submitted via the A2B2C abstract submission form by 13 September 2026.

*IDPfun2 researchers who have already carried out a secondment or have a secondment planned in the upcoming months.
